Return Process:
- Ensure the item is safely packaged using the original packaging it was delivered in.
- All items must be returned in their original condition. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Returns must be shipped using a traceable method, such as USPS or insured mail.
Important Notes:
- Customers will not be charged any return fees.
- A valid tracking number is required when submitting the return form to ensure proper processing.
- Regular products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Once our Return Center has received and processed your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued within 7 days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Defective Products:

Incorrect or Not as Described Products:
If you receive an incorrect or misdescribed product, please contact us at support@angelicora.us with photos of the item. We will provide a return shipping label and ship the correct product once tracking is confirmed.
Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind as well.
Order Cancellations:
We ship orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we will attempt to intercept the order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to return the product after receiving it.
